We handle a sprinkler system through its whole life, from the day it goes in to the day it needs replacing, and every seasonal service in between.

Installation
New sprinkler and drip systems designed to the property and zoned so lawn, beds, sun, and shade each get the water they need. Heads and lines placed for even coverage, no dry corners, and no water thrown onto the driveway or the street.

Tuning and fixing existing systems: broken or sunken heads, clogged nozzles, valve and wiring faults, and leaks. A single stuck head or a hidden leak can cost you a brown patch or a surprising water bill, and it is usually a quick fix once it is found.

Summer
Peak-season watering
Through the heat the system does its heaviest work. We check that zones run right and water deeply and early in the day, and catch a failing head or a leak before it costs a lawn.
Fall
Dial back and plan
As growth slows and rain returns, watering is reduced and the controller reset. Fall is also the time to plan any repairs or a replacement before the cold sets in.
Winter
Winterization
We clear the water from the lines and heads so a hard Georgia freeze cannot crack them. Winterizing is the single most important service for protecting the system through the cold months.

Most water waste in a landscape is not dramatic. It is a head knocked out of aim spraying the driveway, a zone running at noon in July, a leak underground that no one sees, or a controller set once and forgotten. A system that is designed and maintained well waters deeply and early, matches each zone to what it is watering, and gets checked often enough that a fault is caught quickly.
We will not promise a specific saving, because it depends on your property and your habits. What we will do is design and tune a system to put water where the landscape needs it and nowhere else, and catch the small faults, before they show up as a brown lawn or a high bill.

Should I repair my system or replace it?
It depends on the age and the pattern. A one-off broken head, a clogged nozzle, or a single leak is a straightforward repair. But if a system is old, poorly zoned, wasting water, or needing repair after repair, replacement is often the better value, and a modern controller waters far more precisely. We will tell you honestly which one your system calls for.
How does a well-designed system save water?
Mostly by putting water only where it is needed, when it is needed. Proper zoning means the shady beds and the sunny lawn are watered on their own schedules; even coverage means no dry patches over-watered to compensate; and a good controller waters deeply and early rather than lightly and often. We do not promise a specific figure, because it depends on your property, but a tuned, well-zoned system wastes far less than a neglected one.
Is winterization really necessary in Georgia?
Yes. Metro Atlanta gets hard freezes, and water left in irrigation lines and heads expands when it freezes and can crack them, turning a small seasonal service into an expensive spring repair. Winterizing clears that water out and is the cheapest insurance a system has.
