Maintenance programs
An enrolled lawn-maintenance program keeps your property mowed, trimmed, edged, and cleaned up on a schedule, tended season after season by the same fully insured crews. Mowing to the right height, sharp edges, and a yard that stays sharp all year, for a small private lot or large commercial grounds.
What's included
A lawn-maintenance program bundles the recurring work that keeps a landscape healthy and presentable into one scheduled service. This is what a program covers on every visit.
We cut at the height your grass wants, not just short. The right mowing height shades the soil, crowds out weeds, and keeps a lawn greener through a Georgia summer. Sharp blades cut grass clean instead of tearing it.
String-trimming around trees, beds, fences, foundations, and posts, so the areas a mower cannot reach stay as neat as the open lawn.
Clean, defined edges along walkways, driveways, and bed lines. A sharp edge is what makes an ordinary lawn read as cared-for.
Hard surfaces are mechanically swept after each visit, so clippings and debris come off drives, walks, and parking areas instead of washing into beds and drains.
Every visit ends with a full blow-down and cleanup. We leave the property tidy, with clippings cleared from paths and hard surfaces.
Seasonal cleanups reset the property at the turns of the year: bed and border cleanup, leaf and debris removal, and getting the grounds ready for the season ahead.
How it works
Maintenance is sold as an enrolled program scoped to your property, so the same crews know your landscape and it is looked after on a set schedule rather than called in job by job. Scope, cadence, and add-ons are set when we walk the site.
Many properties pair lawn maintenance with an add-on program, turf management for feeding and weed control, seasonal color for the beds, or periodic irrigation checks, so one crew looks after the whole landscape rather than a patchwork of vendors.
| Scope | Residential | Commercial |
|---|---|---|
| Typical property | Private front and back yards, gardens, and poolside grounds | Grounds, entrances, courtyards, and HOA common areas |
| Visit schedule | Set to your property and the season, not a rigid calendar | Scheduled to the site across the growing season |
| Core service | Mowing, trimming, edging, sweeping, and cleanups | Mowing, trimming, edging, sweeping, and cleanups |
| Common add-ons | Turf management, seasonal color, irrigation checks | Turf management, seasonal color, drainage checks |
Who we serve
We maintain properties of every size across metro Atlanta. For homeowners, that is the front and back yard, the beds and borders, and the hardscape a family lives around. For property managers and businesses, it is grounds, entrances, courtyards, and HOA common areas that need to look presentable for staff, tenants, and customers every day of the week.
The same crews return to your property, so they learn its grass, its slopes, and its problem spots over the season, and the work gets sharper the longer they tend it.
Know your grass
Marietta sits in the transition zone, where both warm-season and cool-season grasses grow, and each wants a different mowing height and rhythm. Knowing which grass a lawn is helps us cut it right and keep it healthy through a Georgia year.
Most metro Atlanta lawns are a warm-season grass, Bermuda, zoysia, or centipede, that greens up in late spring, thrives through the summer heat, and goes dormant and tan over winter. Some lawns are tall fescue, a cool-season grass that holds its color through the cold months but struggles in the hottest part of summer. Cutting each at the height it wants, and at the right time of year, is the single biggest thing that keeps a lawn thick, green, and crowding out weeds.
| Grass | Season | Mowing height | Character |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bermuda | Warm-season | About 1 to 2 in, cut low and often | Loves full sun and summer heat; fine, dense, and fast-growing; turns tan in winter dormancy. |
| Zoysia | Warm-season | About 1 to 2.5 in | Dense, slow-growing, and soft underfoot; tolerates a little shade; goes dormant and tan through winter. |
| Centipede | Warm-season | About 1 to 2 in | Low-input and slow-growing; suited to Georgia’s acidic clay soils; light green and needs little feeding. |
| Tall fescue | Cool-season | About 3 to 4 in, cut high | Stays green through winter but struggles in peak summer heat; usually overseeded each fall to stay thick. |
Season by season
A program follows the Georgia calendar, so the work matches what the landscape needs at each turn of the year.
Spring
Beds and borders are cleaned up, debris is cleared, and mowing begins as the grass comes out of dormancy. It is the moment to reset edges and get ahead of weeds.
Summer
Regular mowing at the right height, crisp edging, and cleanup keep a lawn healthy through the heat. Cutting high and clean helps the turf hold moisture and shade out weeds.
Fall
Leaf and debris removal keeps grass from smothering under fallen leaves, and the fall cleanup prepares beds and cool-season grasses for the months ahead.
Winter
Growth slows, so visits shift to cleanup, edging, and keeping hard surfaces and drainage clear. The dormant season is also the easiest time to plan next year of landscape work.
Getting started
There are no published prices, because every property is scoped in person. This is how a maintenance program begins.
Call us or send the estimate form with your property type, the services you have in mind, and anything you already know you want looked after.
We visit in person to see the lawn and grounds, talk through scope and cadence, and understand how you use the space and where the problem spots are.
We put together a clear maintenance program scoped to your property, with no obligation. Once you enroll, the same crews keep it on schedule.
Questions
Lawn maintenance covers mowing, trimming, edging, sweeping, and cleanups. Turf management, the feeding, weed control, aeration, and overseeding that keep the grass itself healthy, is a separate program you can add so one crew looks after both the cutting and the condition of the turf.
Turf management →Seasonal color and shrub care are handled by our flowers and shrubs program, which many properties add to their maintenance so the beds are planted and tended on the same schedule as the lawn.
Flowers and shrubs →Yes. We maintain both residential yards and large commercial grounds, including entrances, courtyards, and HOA common areas, with the same crews and the same core services, scoped to each site.
All services →Growth slows in the dormant season, so visits shift toward cleanup, edging, leaf removal, and keeping hard surfaces and drainage clear. We work year-round, five days a week, and adjust the scope to the season.
Call us or send the estimate form. We will walk your property, scope a program to it, and put together an estimate with no obligation. Once you enroll, the same crews keep your grounds on schedule.
Request an estimate →Yes. Our irrigation specialists can add periodic system checks and seasonal service to a maintenance program, so a missed head or a leak is caught before it costs you a brown patch or a high water bill.
Irrigation →Tell us about your property and we will scope a lawn-maintenance program to it, and put together an estimate with no obligation.
