Welcome to the team. This page describes the paperwork and requests that new Atlanta Scapes crew members handle at onboarding, so you know what to expect. The current, official versions of every form are provided by the office when you are hired.
A note on the forms: rather than post stored copies that can go out of date, Atlanta Scapes provides each new hire with the current, official version of every form directly. The list below describes what you will complete, the actual documents are handed to you, in print or by link, at onboarding.

New-hire forms
Every new crew member completes a standard set of onboarding paperwork in their first week. Here is what it covers.

Federal Form I-9
Employment Eligibility Verification, completed by every new hire to confirm identity and authorization to work in the United States. New crew members complete the current official version at onboarding.

Federal Form W-4
The Employee’s Withholding Certificate, which sets federal income-tax withholding from your pay. Completed once at hire and updated whenever your circumstances change.

Georgia Form G-4
The State of Georgia Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate, the state counterpart to the W-4 for Georgia income-tax withholding. Completed at onboarding.

Direct deposit and contact details
Your banking details for direct deposit and up-to-date emergency and contact information, so pay and communication run smoothly from your first week.
On the crew
Uniform request
Atlanta Scapes crews wear a company uniform on the job, so the team looks consistent and professional on every property. When you join, you complete a short uniform request, your shirt and garment sizes, so we can order the right fit before your first day on a crew.
Like the new-hire forms, the uniform request is provided by the office rather than posted here, and replacements can be requested from the office whenever you need them. If you have a question about sizing or anything else before you start, just reach out.
